Port the `presets.profiling` toggle from the opentelemetry-collector chart (open-telemetry#2126) into opentelemetry-kube-stack's independently-implemented preset system, wiring up the profiling receiver/profiles pipeline, elevated security context, hostPID, tracefs mount, kubernetesAttributes integration, and NOTES.txt validation checks against the OpenTelemetryCollector CR shape.
