@storybook/*),@vitejs/plugin-react, Vitest (vitest,@vitest/coverage-v8,@vitest/mocker), and related plugins now resolve against vite@8.0.16. Transitive updates pulled in with Vite include rolldown (1.0.0-rc.9 → 1.0.3), postcss, tinyglobby, picomatch, and refreshed @rolldown/binding-* native packages; the lockfile also drops@oxc-project/runtimefrom Vite’s direct dependency set at this version.Per Vite’s release notes for 8.0.1–8.0.16, this range adds dev-server/build fixes (HTML proxy, optimizer, resolve/glob behavior), rolldown 1.0.x updates, and path-handling hardening (e.g. UNC/alternate Windows paths in recent patches)—relevant mainly for local dev, Storybook, tests, and CI builds.
