Adds
@MattieTKas a code owner to all Workers and Pages CODEOWNERS entries, and fixes the capitalisation of the existing entries (was@mattietk, now@MattieTK).I'm already inside a group here most of the time, but this is required for bonk to read me as a codeowner.
