Three new tapes demonstrate the interactive wizard paths: - wizard-all-with-tag: default path (all repos, example tag, default URL) - wizard-all-own-tags: shows AI prompt template for custom tag creation - wizard-specific-states: picking specific states with custom base URL Also updates govbot-help.tape to use `govbot --help` since bare `govbot` now runs the wizard/pipeline instead of printing help. https://claude.ai/code/session_01PUtXN2FpFZuN5r6SegzvaF
