Adds a
CommitVerification stringfield to theCheckoutstruct, supporting thecommit_verificationpipeline YAML/JSON key. This pairs with the schema definition in SUP-6534 / buildkite/pipeline-schema#162 and the agent-side implementation in SUP-6535 / buildkite/agent#3905.
