Additional info
Measured using a TP-Link Kasa KP115 via the powercalc-measure Docker script.
Successfully completed a full hs + color_temp measurement run.
Note on effects: I attempted an effects measurement run, but the script terminated and threw a 0.00W error when it reached the sunrise effect. Because the run didn't complete cleanly, I have omitted the effects CSV from this PR and am just submitting the core hs + color_temp data.
