@abutbul thanks for your work on this... I'll almost definitely use parts of this, however my main goal, at least as far as the user-facing readme was to enable a potential sysop to get up and running quickly without needing to understand the build process itself, relying on a hosted image as a base.

I'd been thinking to switch the workflow to hold all the directories under the /sbbs for usage, and have an install/update script that will prepare/update the /sbbs volume mount directly (including /sbbs/exec for better or worse), just to simplify things. Ideally, I'd like to get it to a point it's running/publishing via CI/CD on the SynchroNet gitlab instance.
