The overflowing buf buffer will now be cleared for every uevent. This fixes the false triggering of accessory_started.notified(), furthermore enables Sony HU's to successfully reconnect if the usb connection dropped out by waiting for another accessory start request. Also decreased some timing windows since on my side it still has plenty of time to successfully connect. Also I changed the USB init to shortly disable but start the default gadget directly since then the HU can prepare during aa-proxy is executing other things and reduce time needed for connection.
KEEP IN MIND: this will probably not work on other HU's: Tested it with the mzd-connect-1 (CX-3) and i needed to disable legacy mode for it to connect. For some reason the Mazda HU doesn't send the accessory start request on first attempt.
