This PR removes the now-unused Dependabot configuration and pins dependencies to strict versions.
Changes
❌ Removed .github/dependabot.yml (Renovate is now handling updates)
📌 Pinned all dependencies to strict versions (removed >=)
Why?
Renovate is now managing all dependency updates across the organization. Dependabot configuration is no longer needed.
With Renovate handling updates, we can use strict versioning for better reproducibility.
