feat(Application): Angular 21 upgrade

• Upgrade Angular 20 -> 21
• Update and clean test settings
• Upgrade dependencies
  • password-strength-meter (published new version that is compatible with Angular 21 https://www.npmjs.com/package/@wise-community/angular-password-strength-meter/v/21.0.0)
  • TinyMCE 5 -> 7

Test Prep

• Run npm ci to get new dependencies. This PR also contains changes to fix the vulnerabilities in the dependencies.

• All the applications (Student, Teacher, Author) work as before
