Separate Terraform-specific logic from the generic HCL handler, mirroring the YAML/grammar pattern already used for GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, etc. - HCL handler (.hcl only): generic block-based chunking with nested block and attribute classification - Terraform grammar (.tf, .tfvars): 12-keyword block boundaries, nested blocks, attribute detection, and multi-line comment handling - Add HCL/Terraform to context expansion (smart_context=True support) - Promote terraform from language alias to first-class grammar in search - Update all handler/registry/context/query tests (694 pass) - Update documentation counts and tables Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- extract_language now returns "terraform" for .tf/.tfvars (grammar match) - HCL spec has empty aliases and generic block pattern - Custom language spec count is 13 (6 language + 7 grammar) - Generic HCL handler recognizes any block keyword, not just Terraform's 12 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
