I am not a maintainer; therefore, I cannot create a new branch. Please create a new branch called Docker or Development to pull the changes into.
Docker does help with installing everything for development purposes ONLY (
DEBUGGING = TRUE). SeeDOCKER_README.mdfor instructions.
