IMPORTANT: Notes on Legality

To differentiate between Pokemon obtained through this bot, it’s helpful to understand terminology around “Legal” Pokemon. Our server goes by these definitions:

Legit: Obtained through legitimate play and without hacking Legal: Obtainable through normal play as intended by Nintendo Hacked: A broad term for anything created/touched with CFW or other forms of hacking

Definition	Allowed in Server	Example
Legal and legit	Yes	Any pokemon you caught normally in game.
Legal, but not legit	Yes	Anything genned with PKHeX that could normally exist in game, such as Trade Bot Pokemon
Not legal, but legit	No	A glitched Pokemon - such as void glitch Arceus, MissingNo.
Not legal and not legit	No	Shiny Keldeo, Shiny Totem Pokemon, Wonder Guard Spiritomb
Grey area	Yes	Clone Pokemon, such as giveaways. It's impossible to distinguish clone from original.

You should never present yourself as offering a legal and legit Pokemon if said Pokemon was acquired through any kind of bot (TradeBot, RaidBot). You should never, ever try to trade anyone a Pokemon that is not legal. If you somehow come across a Pokemon that isn’t legal, you should release it.
