🎉 The first official release! 🎉

Version 1.0.0, otherwise known as the "It works with my cluster" release! There's a /readyz endpoint to test your Discord webhook, and there's a / endpoint where you're supposed to point your Alertmanager. All in all, pretty dang simple.
