RuTor: add xrutor.org and new-rutor.org mirrors

Summary

• Add https://xrutor.org/ and https://new-rutor.org/ as active RuTor mirrors (listed first for failover when older domains are blocked in RU)
• Move http://new-rutor.org/ to legacylinks without the stale error comment

RuTor site banner now recommends these mirrors after Roskomnadzor blocks; new-rutor.org is blocked in RU while xrutor.org remains reachable.

Test plan

• Validated definitions/v11/rutor.yml against v11 schema
• Verified both mirror homepages return torrent rows with magnet links
• Prowlarr indexer test passed for https://xrutor.org/ and https://new-rutor.org/

• rutor.info / rutor.is moved to legacylinks
• Removed the download: block (xrutor-specific; not needed for upstream RuTor)
• Primary links are now xrutor.org, new-rutor.org, and 6tor.org only

Acknowledged — the download: block has been removed in b861cbc. The PR now only adds the mirror domains and moves the dead primary URLs to legacy, as suggested.

The 'new' sites you have added are mirrors for rutor.org

According to the original sites, .org is fake - https://rutor.info/torrent/472
