Updates generated with glm-4.7-flash through pi, using this secure-ci skill. Sharing as a record - not sure we want any of these changes; maybe only the cooldown configs.
Initially I could not get the commit to work - some kind of conflict between uv version and the pre-commit-uv ; I had trouble so I asked the model/harness to fix it and it added uv to the dependencies.
