@taylordowns2000 @brandonjackson Looks good - approved. You are welcome to merge this in, but it will probably only be deployed sometime next week as I am currently busy migrating IT to the new cluster and I need to set up some new build plumbing for that. |

previously, we only tracked "quarterly active users" (users who had logged in in the last 90 days) and this isn't as standard or valuable for us to monitor
