@NickSwardh I am working on a project that requires OpenVINO hardware support. I've modified your library in order to use it.
The setup process is more complex than the CPU and CUDA configurations, however I tried to document it well enough in the
README.mdfile.I'm opening this PR in case you want to merge it and continue supporting more OnnxRuntime backends.
