Install Onboard if you haven't already.
Copy AvroMouse.onboard and AvroMouse-Alpha.svg to ~/.local/share/onboard/layouts/.
Restart Onboard and go to Onboard Preferences > Layout, select AvroMouse from the My layouts section.
