Upgraded iZettle SDK binding from v3.7.0 to v4.53.1, updating target frameworks to net9.0-ios and adjusting native references. Added new APIs, types, and enums for tipping configuration, manual card entry, and PayPal partner attribution. Updated project and targets files to reflect new SDK version and structure.
