- 还原 set-language-and-notify 为弹窗版（去重启改在 2041） - 还原 generic-kbd.scm / auto-close.scm 的 magic-paste 重绑（去重启改在 2042） - magic-paste widget 改回 set-pretty-preference* - 加回 Requires restarting 字典条目（language 弹窗恢复使用） - 删除 2040.scm（测试内容已拆到 2041/2042） - 仅保留 ConfirmRestart 弹窗主体
2040 还原了 set-language-and-notify 的重启弹窗逻辑（去重启改在 2041）， restart-required-message 仍被其调用，需配套的字典条目提供中文翻译。
