Pre-release 3.1 (snapshot 25_07_06a)

This release adds a screensaver export option, which produces a .scr files, which is actually aware it's a screen saver file. Preview is just static with some logos and name of the selected configuration. Settings window is just a message box saying you can't edit the settings in this build.

In addition, updated some text colors on the splash screen.
