Intermediate release to check the “breadcrumb shuffling” problem

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce the breadcrumb shuffle effect for any application in any development system.
Nevertheless, we've changed the sorting order for completed activities from activity come dates to natural insertion into the database. This change does not affect development systems; however, it may affect the test system on dgda.openrims.org.
