This PR aims to merge the same changes outlined in PR #52 Icons within 10m of each other for the same building are consolidated to the same tapable icon. This logic is handled in the
clusterPOIsfunction within index. I plan to go through and further organize the logic for this though as the codebase is getting rather large and difficult to follow.
