Hi, just a small follow-up on this PR. Since opening it, Rustinel has continued to evolve: it supports YARA file and memory detection alongside Sigma behavior rules and IOC matching, with Windows, Linux, and experimental macOS telemetry, ECS NDJSON alerts, hot-reloadable rules and IOCs, optional active response, and curated detection packs in I still think it fits the YARA tooling scope here well. Happy to adjust the wording or placement if needed. |

Adds Rustinel to the YARA tools section.
Rustinel scans executables with YARA on process creation and combines YARA matches with behavioral Sigma rules and IOC matching. It is an open-source endpoint detection engine for Windows and Linux.
