Fix silent crash on any RecyclerView fling The chapter-list scroll-speed feature from b1fbc7a installed an OnFlingListener whose onFling() called recycler.fling(scaledV). RecyclerView.fling() dispatches to the active OnFlingListener, so the recursive call re-entered the same listener with the same velocity ad infinitum — first fling on any affected screen blew the stack with a StackOverflowError, which the in-app crash UI doesn't catch (hence "silent").
