- add ubuntu clang test
- add Debug build type test
- fix errors for atomic clang build
- TODO: support windows and macos
should use atomic type for all atomic operations, normal ops will cause error with clang. delete several fifo_* unused api in fifo.h/c Signed-off-by: sheeaza <winsdenny@outlook.com>
