Code Review

This pull request introduces a comprehensive User Guide (README.md) for the CDC Data Generator, detailing its core use cases, architecture, consistency guarantees, and configuration parameters. The review feedback highlights minor syntax inconsistencies in the Mermaid sequence diagram, specifically recommending the use of lowercase "note" instead of capitalized "Note" to ensure reliable rendering across different Markdown parsers.

Note over Parent, Child: T0+5s: Parent Update1 & Child Update5 execute
Note over Child: T0+6s to T0+9s: Child Updates 6 to 9 execute

In Mermaid sequence diagrams, keywords are case-sensitive. The standard keyword for a note is lowercase note. Using capitalized Note can cause rendering errors in some Mermaid parsers (such as GitHub's built-in viewer) and is inconsistent with the lowercase note used elsewhere in this diagram. Please change these to lowercase note.

Suggested change
Note over Child: T0+1s to T0+4s: Child Updates 1 to 4 execute
Note over Parent, Child: T0+5s: Parent Update1 & Child Update5 execute

For consistency and to prevent potential Mermaid rendering issues, use the lowercase note keyword here as well.
