…s to new markets/data The diagnosis (3 discovery loops + the redundant NSI result): the existing-data equity factor space is tapped. The roadmap reframes the goal toward durable, retail-accessible edges across new datasets/universes/asset classes: 1) small/micro-cap factor transfer, 2) crypto funding carry + trend, 3) volatility risk premium (options), 4) managed futures, 5) alt-data equity. Each track has a pre-registered ship rule + kill criterion, validated on cheap data before any production spend (budget follows proof). Track 2 (crypto carry) is in flight; Track 1 (small-cap) carries a yellow flag (broad-universe was already -9.30% alpha; only the small-cap-only slice is untested).
