Paint custom player skins for Quetoo β directly on the 3D model or on the 2D texture, Photoshop-style.
SkinForge is a free desktop app for creating custom Quetoo player-model skins (qforcer, bunker, dragoon, gork, guard):
- π¨ Paint in 3D β brush strokes directly on the rotating model, or work on the flat 2D UV texture; both views stay in sync
- π§ Layers β full layer stack with opacity and blend modes (normal, multiply, screen, overlay, add)
- π Team colors β paint the tint mask and preview your skin as red/green team
- π Animation preview β see your skin on the running, shooting, idling model
- π¦ One-click install β exports the complete skin set (textures, materials, icon) straight into your Quetoo install, or as a zip to share
- π€ AI-ready β embedded MCP server lets AI assistants like Claude create skins through the same engine

claude mcp add skinforge -- "C:\Program Files\SkinForge\skinforge.exe" --mcp
Then ask Claude something like "make me a black and gold qforcer skin with a glowing visor."
