Uninstall Tool

What is Uninstall Tool? It's a powerful Windows program uninstaller that removes software completely - including leftover files, folders and registry entries that Windows' built-in "Add or Remove Programs" misses. Version 3.8.1 released July 2026.

How to Force Uninstall Stubborn Programs

  1. Open Uninstall Tool
  2. Right-click the program that won't uninstall
  3. Select "Force Removal"
  4. Uninstall Tool scans for all files, folders, registry entries
  5. Review what will be deleted (optional)
  6. Click "Delete" - program removed completely

Remove Windows 11 Bloatware

  1. Click "Bloatware" tab
  2. Select your PC brand (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer) or "Windows 11"
  3. Check programs to remove (Cortana, OneDrive, Xbox, etc.)
  4. Click "Uninstall Selected"
  5. Bloatware removed, backup created automatically

Portable Mode

Run Uninstall Tool from USB without installing:

  1. Download portable ZIP from releases
  2. Extract to USB drive
  3. Run UninstallTool.exe
  4. Works on any Windows PC without admin rights

Troubleshooting

Can't force uninstall system apps

  • Windows 11 protects some system apps from removal
  • Use PowerShell method for system apps (search online for guides)
  • Uninstall Tool focuses on third-party bloatware

Registry cleaner broke something

  • Click "Undo Last Cleanup" in Registry tab
  • Restores registry from automatic backup
  • Reboot if needed

Program list not refreshing

  • Press F5 to refresh
  • Restart Uninstall Tool if programs still missing

"Access Denied" error

  • Right-click Uninstall Tool → Run as Administrator
  • Required for force uninstall and bloatware removal
