@yalinli2, these look like bug fixes for special cases in biosteam:
- Iterate when multiple recycles are present in a single system.
- Copy state vector in case it is used in multiple places (to avoid mangling).
(happy to merge since these changes are in the dynamic simulation portion in BioSTEAM, which you and Joy are leading)

Hi @yoelcortes @joyxyz1994 , with BioSTEAM getting stabler and the AI tools, it's now much easier to fix compatibility issues. So I'm hoping to just use the
masterbranch instead of keeping a separateqsdsanbranch.I couldn't remember what these changes were about, all tests on QSDsan/EXPOsan passed with the
masterbranch, Joy do you remember what these were about?
