Following on from #376 adding Matrix support (also #266).

@42wim any thoughts on getting this landed?

I think it's worth landing this as an experimental feature then will follow up with additional PRs adding threading, reactions, replay, scrollback, etc. Going to overhaul threading and reactions moving them into bridge so that the same code can be reused between Mattermost and Matrix.
