ci: test integration against all supported Phoenix major versions - #47

Add a phoenix-major matrix to the test-integration job so that both arize-phoenix v13 and v14 are exercised on every push/PR. The matrix values are derived from the dependency constraint in pyproject.toml (>=13.0,<15). For v13, arize-phoenix-evals must be pinned below 3.0 because its module structure changed incompatibly with that release. Also suppress phoenix.client UserWarnings in pytest filterwarnings.
