Some times check_connect method returns False

May I know the reason why it returns False or How I can prevent it I am expecting it to return True so I can place an order after it, please let me know if I am missing something here, Thanks

Percebi este comportamento e parece que no retorno da quotex não retorna o id diferente e fica em loop infinito, fiz um paliativo usando a chave do par de negociação mas pelo jeito não resolveu 100%.
