I need help with xmrig. I don't know what the error means.

Error 1: msr- cannot set MSR 0xc00011020 to 0x000440000000
msr- failed to apply msr, hasrate will be low

xmrig is also implemented as an administrator

Error 2: CUDA disabled (access denied)
