OpenBVE option for export not enabled

While using the new tool was really excellent. I have one issue at one point of exporting my project. I was unable to click "OpenBVE" as it is unclickable. Usually I export my projects to OpenBVE from the previous "Train Editor" tool.

I see. Is it possible I can export it to the native BVE format first, and then can convert it to the OpenBVE format?

I'm not entirely sure about this either, I don't know much about OpenBVE
