XN-xenguestagent-rs skips IPv4 at Windows boot

I got static IPv4 configured on Windows VM, but the XOA does not show the IP. So we do not get right information on Netbox and so on.
It is a XCP-ng PV Network Device. When IP changed inside of VM, the XOA shows new IP.

For reproducing this issue I created 100 VMs from same template, 7 of 100 VMs shows IPs, the others not.

Workaround: Delayed start of XN-xenguestagent-rs service.

Hello, the IP addresses are updated on a timer and should have updated by themselves every few seconds. Do you see the expected IP addresses in the VM's Network tab?
