FluidNC

What happened

FluidNC is connected over WIFI to my PC where UGS is running and using IP address and Port 23 to connect. The Gcode file is loaded from the PC and then run. This all works well and I had several successful millings completed. Only when I touch the feed speed slider to increase or decrease, the initial speed will be adapted. However after a few seconds speed will continue to go down and even come to a complete stop for 3 or more seconds. It will then speed up again. This keeps happening but not always the same, speed may go down somewhat and then speed up again, I cant find a pattern in speeding up and down. I noticed though that it will not over-speed as to what was set.
To check if it is an FluidNC issue I tried to override on the FluidNC Browser Interface, which worked as expected although with some delay.

How to reproduce

Start FluidNC, connect WiFI to PC, Start UGS, Connect to FluiNC (over WiFi), Load G-code file, Run file to FluidNC, change feed speed.

Operating System

Using Windows 10, Pibot 4.96 pro controller, loaded latest FluidNC firmware (4.0.2)

Anything else

Consistently when I run software as described.

Sorry, I now saw that you are running 4.0.2. I'll give it a try and see if I am able to reproduce it.

I think that I found the problem, there was a change in FluidNC from 4.0.2-pre1 (with my fix) and the real release 4.0.2 that removed the immediate reporting of overrides except for senders that uses autoreporting which could explain why it works in the FluidNC WebUI. I have started a discussion in the FluidNC discord.
