How to check if the editorconfig is loaded?

On readme is explained to wait the restart of netbeans and readd a project (I closed it on and opened again in netbeans as test).
The only difference that I can see is the icon of editorconfig file.
There is  a way to find what editorconfig file inside the project is loaded? And if that project contain an editorconfig file loaded?
