Techsupport collection : SSh access to be only from TEDP to TE - one way to avoid Firewall issues

SSh access today is using 2 ways and it should be changed to only single way from TEDP to TE ( so only one port in the firewall would be open if the TE is external ) 

Also techsupport should be copied by the controller from the TEDPs once the tar is created.
