Hi, we have problems trying to configure VIVIDUS + Xray integration.
We were trying to get test-case-type, cucumber-scenario-type, cucumber-scenario fields id-s through Jira REST API but, as Xray Support Team wrote, this is not possible using Xray Cloud version.
"our information is not stored in default custom fields due to limitations of Jira Cloud architecture, so each add-on had to develop its own way of keeping and showing its information. In our case, we designed, let's call "panels", that Xray knows how to work and how to get its information."
