.gitignore is missing

**`.gitignore`** file helps us to ignore files like `node_modules/`, `.env` etc before we commit.

Essentially it should include the following: 

```
.env
.idea
.vscode/
.DS_Store
node_modules/
dist/
out/
build/
```
