When an input is set in "Input Device Config"->"Audio/Video"->"Video Input" it is always actived.
Describe the solution you'd like
Only active the input when it is needed. It uses system resources and also lights up the camera LED on my laptop.

I have turned off my laptop cameras via hardware, but yeah...
