workflow: trigger contributors workflow to activate actions-user

This commit will trigger the GitHub Actions workflow which will:
✅ Create commits from actions-user contributor
✅ Update contributors status automatically
✅ Make actions-user visible in repository insights

All 3 contributors will now be active and visible.
