Missing Requirements.txt

  Hi team,

  I noticed that the project in this repository does not include a
  requirements.txt file in the expected project directory.

  Without it, it’s hard to reliably install dependencies and reproduce the
  environment.

  Could you please add a requirements.txt?

I noticed after trying to follow the step 2 in the README.md
