This software is available under a commercial licence for organisations or individuals who wish to use it for commercial purposes.
A commercial licence is required if you intend to use this software for any of the following:
- Paid training, workshops, or educational courses
- Institutional training or exercises delivered for a fee
- Product demonstrations or proof-of-concept development for clients
- Integration into proprietary or paid tools or platforms
- Commercial red team or security awareness programmes
If money changes hands and this software is involved, you need a commercial licence.
A commercial licence grants you:
- Permission to use the software in paid and commercial contexts
- The right to modify and extend the software internally
- Permission to run workshops, tabletop exercises, and security awareness sessions using the simulator
- Optional support and collaboration, by agreement
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, a commercial licence does not grant:
- The right to redistribute the software publicly
- The right to relicense the software
- Ownership of the intellectual property
All proceeds from commercial licences, beyond the costs of maintaining this project, will be donated to Alzheimer's organisations in memory of Terry Pratchett.
