 Multiple Regression crash with this error message all the input array dimensions for the concatenation axis must match exactly, but along dimension 0, the array at index 0 has size 103 and the array at index 1 has size 92

When I run step 5 I get this error message

all the input array dimensions for the concatenation axis must match exactly, but along dimension 0, the array at index 0 has size 103 and the array at index 1 has size 92

I have check both csv and they have 92 rows.
