video not staring until 100%

its related to the moov strategy

qtfaststart only works with mp4 and quicktime files.
We have to avoid to use it for mkv files (like this magnet).
For MKV's ones I going to test https://github.com/Diaoul/enzyme

BTW: now is working because de SKIP_MOOV setting
