Dark mode not working in elementary OS 6.1

This may be an elementary OS 6.1 specific problem but I thought about bringing it up since other flatpak apps are working in dark mode without any problems (eg: Gnome Web, GIMP).
It may be related to #16 but I'm not sure tough. I tried to install org.gtk.Gtk3theme.elementary and org.gtk.Gtk3theme.Adwaita-dark from Flathub and restart the app but it didn't help.

Test case

1. Open the app
2. Go to Preferences
3. Set Dark Theme to enabled.

Actual

The app is not switching to dark mode and it will remain in light mode.

Expected

The app will switch to dark mode when enabled in Preferences.

I think this can't be fixed until version 42 of GNOME Platform is released as it will come with libhandy 1.6.0 which will introduce the Style Manager class. You can try this artifact which should follow the system theme in elementary OS 6.1.
